When it comes to evaluating accounting software, I like to start with a quick look at some representative screens. Unfortunately, too often a quick glimpse of these screens usually means that you have to spend a lot of time listening to a sales pitch. I am always eager to see the product, so if you are like me, here's a preview of some screens. Oracle Small Business Suite, which is a fully web based solution, has different views of information based upon the user role specified. The Administrator role, with full access to all functions, is the role shown below.
